THE TOUR
Emergence Pictures would like to invite your institution to participate in the national tour of the groundbreaking documentary The Red Tail. This tour is being scheduled for January 2010 through May 2011 at public venues, colleges, universities, and conferences across the United States and around the world! Screenings would include a post-show discussion with the filmmakers and/or the film’s main characters. Topics vary depending on each group’s needs.

HOW DO WE SIGN UP?
As planning for the tour is in its early stage, we are compiling a list of institutions around the world who are interested. After that we will contact them to discuss dates and locations. Things to be aware of:
- There will be a fee required for each Partner/Venue. That cost will vary depending on that Partner’s proximity to other venues that will include a daily honorarium and travel costs for the film representative. Should the venue choose to screen WITHOUT a representative, a fee will be charged for a screening.
- Partners must provide the venue and projection system.
- Partners must provide a table for peresenters to display educational materials and sales items (DVD’s, t-shirts, etc.)
